Depending on the recipient's server settings, certain emails delivered to popular mail server inboxes may not reach corporate mailboxes. The reason for this behavior is stricter sender requirements aimed at combating spam.

Additional mail settings are available for virtual hosting clients.

1. Enable DKIM

Go to the hosting control panel, select your domain, then navigate to the Mail tab - Mail settings.

Enable the option - Use DKIM anti-spam system to sign outgoing messages.

2. Configure SSL certificate

Install an SSL certificate and select it for use by the mail server for your domain. The SSL certificate will appear in the dropdown list next to the DKIM settings.

Select your domain, on the Dashboard tab, in the Security section, click on SSL/TLS Certificates.

If you are issuing a free SSL certificate, you can immediately select the option - assign to mail server. This significantly increases the sender's reliability – such emails are less likely to end up in spam.

As a rule, these steps resolve most email delivery issues, but there can be various other reasons, such as a full mailbox, etc. In such cases, you can always contact support with details, specifying who the emails are not reaching and from whom. We will check the server event log and be able to accurately determine the cause – and thus find a solution.
