This tool is available in the hosting control panel and allows you to view the status of each sent letter for all emails in the account. This way you can check whether the letter has reached the recipient or not. Thus, our hosting is now convenient to use not only for the site, but also for mail.
To view the status of letters, go to the hosting control panel, select the tab - Mail and select - Track Email delivery.
The screenshot shows all the letters and possible actions depending on the status of the letter. If the letter is sent but not delivered, it can be forwarded or deleted. As you can see in the screenshot, the tool displays not only sent, but also received letters.
Please note that if a letter sent by you or to you ends up in spam, it will be considered successfully sent (reached the recipient).
