In order to issue an SSL certificate, you need to generate a request that will contain information about the country, domain, and email address. This request is generated in tandem with the key that will be needed for the certificate to work.
To generate a request-key pair, you can use the online tool CSR request generation.
After filling in all the fields, click on the Create CSR button, then download the request file and the key file.
We will use the request (CSR) file to order the certificate.
We will need the key file (KEY) after receiving the certificate to use in conjunction with it.
