To ensure all applications, including the operating system itself, use a proxy server, it must be configured and enabled.
In the Windows 10 search bar, search for 'proxy' or 'proxy settings' to find the proxy configuration.
From the search results, navigate to the settings and enter the IP address or domain of the proxy server, along with its port.
Windows 10 only supports HTTP proxy servers, while Windows 11 has added support for SOCKS5.
1. Enabling HTTP Proxy in Windows 10

If necessary, add addresses to the exclusion list and click Save.
2. Open your browser and type any domain, for example, synay.net

In the window that appears, enter the username and password for the proxy server and click Log In.
3. Refresh the page and check your IP

The IP address should match the IP address of your proxy server, as you are now accessing the internet through it.
Please note that the proxy will not start working until you authorize it after enabling it in the settings. You only need to authorize once, and then the operating system will use the internet with these parameters. All applications will operate using this proxy.
To disable the settings, simply toggle the 'Use a proxy server' switch to Off.
If you enable it again, you will need to re-authorize in the browser.
