Foreign applicants for domain names under this category must appoint a local agent having a valid Singapore postal address as their administrative contact. Please select Trustee Service at checkout if you do not have the local contact. This option is only available for entities. A copy of a valid company business registration number from any country is required. The local agent must provide SingPassID you can get here: https://www.singpass.gov.sg/sppubsvc/ IMPORTANT: SGNIC sends an email to the administrative contact and gives a grace period of 21 calendar days from the date of registration to verify their identity and contact information. SGNIC's policy is to suspend the domain name if the administrative contact does not perform the verification within 21 calendar days.

Delegation stops when the paid-till period is reached. When the free-date period is reached, deletion is initiated.
Renewal policy
Domain renewal is possible no earlier than 60 days before the end of the registration period.
The order of removal from delegation and removal of domains
Upon expiration of the domain registration period (free-date), the domain is deleted from the Registry. Domains are not deleted on weekends and holidays, as well as on the first working day after a non-working day.
