Registrant must provide a copy of a registered trademark in Saudi Arabia matching the domain name or provide company incorporation documents of a company in Saudi Arabia. A letter on the official letterhead of your organization addressed to SaudiNIC requesting the domain name registration is also required. Local administrative contact required. Individuals: Copy of Saudi national identification card or equivalent document issued by the Ministry of Interior of Saudi Arabia. Registrant cannot be underage. Individuals may register a personal name, such as the first or last name (e.g. Ahmed or Doe) provided that the chosen name follows one or more digits.

Delegation stops when the paid-till period is reached. When the free-date period is reached, deletion is initiated.
Renewal policy
Domain renewal is possible no earlier than 60 days before the end of the registration period.
The order of removal from delegation and removal of domains
Upon expiration of the domain registration period (free-date), the domain is deleted from the Registry. Domains are not deleted on weekends and holidays, as well as on the first working day after a non-working day.
