Registered domain names are accepted provided that the following conditions are met by the applicant: - for a company registered in the Trade and Industry Directory of Monaco (hereinafter referred to as " RCI "): The domain name must correspond exactly to the company name or one of its signs clearly indicated on the RCI of the company. Dashes ('-') and dots ('.') can be removed from the domain name in the form by the applicant. A copy of RCI Extract no older than 3 months required; - for a liberal profession: The domain name must correspond to the name under which the activity is registered; - for an association or any other organization registered in the Principality of Monaco: The domain name must correspond to the exact name as indicated in its statutes; - for a trademark registered in the Principality of Monaco: The domain name must correspond to the trademark as indicated on its registration certificate.

Renewal terms
Delegation stops when the paid-till period is reached. When the free-date period is reached, deletion is initiated.
Renewal policy
Domain renewal is possible no earlier than 60 days before the end of the registration period.
The order of removal from delegation and removal of domains
Upon expiration of the domain registration period (free-date), the domain is deleted from the Registry. Domains are not deleted on weekends and holidays, as well as on the first working day after a non-working day.
