Taxpayer YuL – an official application for generating and submitting reports to the tax service. It includes all currently required reports and is periodically updated with new ones. A key feature of this application, compared to 1C, is its convenient and intuitive interface. It's not overloaded with features like 1C, yet it provides all the necessary functionality.

Program for preparing reporting documents for the Social Fund of Russia (SFR) (SPU Orb) – an application for preparing and submitting reports to the Social Fund. It displays data on employees and contributions.
Both applications run on the Windows operating system. You can install them on your workstation to explore their features. If you are already using them, these applications include tools for archiving and transferring company databases for use on another PC.
To ensure all data, including the workstation itself, is periodically backed up, and to enable connectivity from various devices, an excellent solution is to migrate these applications and work using a VDS server running Windows 10 or Windows 11.
The installation and launch of a Windows VDS workstation include a 90-day trial version. During this period, you will need to purchase a Windows license or enter an existing product key. A license can be acquired from any marketplace, allowing you to use the Windows OS on the VDS indefinitely, as it's a one-time, affordable purchase.

When ordering a server, consider the minimum operating system requirements. Based on these, choose medium specifications during server configuration – this will ensure it runs as fast as a brand-new laptop.

The only things you will need to do are to install all necessary components for working with an Electronic Digital Signature (EDS) and to perform USB key passthrough to the virtual server.
