ナレッジベース → SSL 更新エラー - .well-known/acme-challenge 404 からの無効な応答

ドメインを、例えばサイト作成ツールに切り替えると、ドメインはサードパーティのサーバーを参照するようになり、証明書を更新しようとした際に必要な応答を受け取れなくなります。

このため、ホスティングのコントロールパネルは、所有者に対して証明書の更新に失敗したことを知らせるメールを送信します。意図的にドメインを他のプラットフォームに切り替えた場合は、コントロールパネルでSSL証明書を削除してください。これにより、更新を試みることがなくなり、同様の通知も停止されます。

メッセージ例:

ホスティングのコントロールパネルにアクセスし、リスト内のメールに記載されているドメインを選択し、SSL証明書のセクションを開いてください。証明書が期限切れであることが表示されますので、この証明書を削除してください。必要に応じて、ドメインを再度ホスティングに切り替えた場合、新しい証明書を発行することができます。
